Biography

Ann Ching is an Army veteran, lawyer, and BJJ practitioner in Tempe, Arizona. She is ranked as a blue belt in both 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu under Alder Hampel of 10th Planet Van Nuys, and in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Ann started training in 2014, and currently splits her training time between gi and nogi. Although Ann has competed in both gi and nogi
tournaments, her true passion lies in teaching and coaching. Ann especially enjoys helping to introduce other women to the many benefits of training BJJ. Ann's favorite training partner is Al "Huge" Morello, her husband and a 10th Planet purple belt.
