The third brutal knockout in the history of most violent UFC knockouts is Francis Ngannou Vs. Alistair Overeem. In a violent fighting match between the two UFC fighters, Francis ended the battle with a violent punch at the chin of Alistair.

The fifth brutal knockout in the history of most scary UFC knockouts is Uriah Hall Vs. Adam Cella, in which Uriah Hall knocked Out Adam Cella by kicking Adam Cella’s right jaw.
It was the event of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF), where Uriah Hall was playing an exhibition match. It was the seventeenth season of TUF. Uriah Hall met Adam Cella in the second round of the exhibition event.
It did not take long for Uriah Hall to knock out Adam Cella. He came closer to Cella, spun around himself, and then made a hook kick. The kick landed right at the jaw of Adam Cella.
