• HIGHLY DURABLE - The Heavy Punching Bag Wall Mount is made from stainless steel bars that can support large punching bags weighing over 120 lbs without the metal bending. They will remain in good condition for many years, ensuring you get plenty of use from them. 
• ADJUSTABLE LENGTH - The single long beam that runs from the base can be shortened or extended between 16 to 26 inches. This allows you to position the punching bag to suit your overall height and the length of your limbs. This makes the wall mount accessible to adults and kids, tall and short boxers. 
• MULTIPLE HANGERS INCLUDED - Aside from the main hook to attach your punching bag, there are extensions along the top of the base where you can hang towels or back rollers. Along the bottom of the base, there are mounting points to attach your phone mount, dumbbells, and jump rope. 
• MOUNT TO CONCRETE WALLS - There are holes along the base where you can insert mounting bolts into concrete walls. The smooth surface of the base ensures they rest flat against the surface of the wall, keeping the wall mount level. Pre-drilling holes into the concrete wall is required to complete installation. 
• STABLE MOUNT - The mounting hardware will include high-quality bolts, nuts, spacers, and other pieces to ensure the wall mount stays fixed in place. Even if the punching bag swings around or heavy dumbbells hang on it, the wall mount will not easily come loose. 
• SPECIFICATIONS - The heavy bag wall mount has a base weight of 12.7 lbs and comes in 24 in (L) x 9.5 in (W) x 6.5 in (H). The exterior is coated with a glossy black paint with a rustproof and scratch-resistant surface.
