ADCC Names Fourth Hall of Famer: Ricardo Arona

The ADCC has lifted the curtains off of its 4th Hall of Fame inductee on Monday, a week after they named Marcelo Garcia as the third.

Posted by the @adcc_official on Instagram, Ricardo Arona was named as the latest induction into the federation’s Hall of Fame:

“The Brazilian Tiger, Ricardo Arona is a 4X ADCC champion who has won -99 KG division twice, the absolute division and a super fight against Mark Kerr. Arona was undefeated in ADCC, an amazing 13-0 and even more impressive, he never had a point scored on him.”

Arona, who hails from Niteroi, Brazil, has also had wins in MMA fights over historic figures such as Kazushi Sakuraba, Wanderlei Silva, Don Henderson, Vitor Belfort, Mark Kerr, Tito Ortiz, Dean Lister and others.
