IBJJF Release Brackets For The Crown

The IBJJF has just announced the IBJJF Crown, the biggest event that is going to be held on 19th November 2023 at Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California. This event will be the main source where the audience will get entertained by the finest grappling skills of the world’s top black belts. IBJJF has planned to make this event an unforgettable grappling night with loads of matches where top jiu-jitsu fighters will compete with one another. The IBJJF crown will comprise six divisions, four male and two female. A cash prize of $15k will be awarded to each of the division winners.

A total of six champions will increase the limelight of those mats by showcasing their exceptional grappling skills. All four male fighters have already won the IBJJF World Championship. The face-off in the mediumweight division exhibits a sound opportunity for Tainan Dalpra to reacquire a spotlight in the BJJ community even though his opponent Jansen Gomes will not compete with him.

The women’s division of the IBJJF crown event will also feature some of the competent lightweights in IBJJF tournaments.
