Virna Jandiroba - UFC Strawweight Champion

Virna Jandiroba is a versatile mixed martial arts fighter from Brazil. She competes in the Strawweight division and has distinguished herself in the UFC octagon in a relatively short time. On May 30, 1988 Virna Jandiroba was born in Serrinha, Bahia, Brazil. Jandiroba was an enthusiastic child who always preferred to do extracurricular activities. She was devoted to martial arts, and soon, her parents sent her to a kung fu training center. At an early age, she was passionate about showing her dynamic skills while training. 

Virna Jandiroba was a curious child, and she was in search of martial arts that were suitable for her mental and physical aptitude. Soon she made a transition and started to learn new techniques. Virna wanted to improve her throws and striking skills, which she had acquired in judo. Virna came to know about the brilliant grappling techniques; she has learned them with a keen interest. 

At last Virna Jandiroba had made a transition to the Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She has started her training in the Academia Fight House. She has moved from white to black belt under the same coach. Virna has modified her skill set; she is exceptional in grappling and submission. Virna Jandiroba is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Virna has learned a lot of skills by stepping into various martial arts; side by side, she was practicing the combat sport of Muay Thai. In this art of the eight limbs, she has learned the skills of standing strikes; she has transformed her sweeping and clinching techniques. Virna has distinguished herself in the moves of the elbows and shins. She is a green/white armband in Muay Thai. 

Virna Jandiroba was an ambitious and determined MMA fighter. She appeared in the octagon as the most distinguished fighter, the style of her fighting is a combination of the four martial arts that are as follows:

In 2020, UFC 252 was organized between fighters Virna Jandiroba and Felice Herrig. The match was in the strawweight division, and as the bout started, there was a swift exchange of punches and hits. The striking and grappling expert Virna attained the dominant position from the beginning of the bout. The match ended with Virna Jandiroba applying an armbar submission.
