2. William Tackett's Biography
William Tackett is an elite BJJ black belt under Rodrigo Cabral; he is the representative of Brazilian Fight Factory. Throughout his journey in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Tackett has performed eagerly against the top contenders vying for victory.
Tackett has been part of the leading BJJ tournaments, which include: ADCC West Coast Trials, Jitz King, IBJJF World Championship NOGI Juvenile, IBJJF World Championship, and Grappling Idiots Invitational.
William Tackett has successfully attained the IBJJF Pan Championship and IBJJF World Championship NOGI.
2.1. William Tackett's Early Life
In 2001 William Tackett was born in California, United States. He spent a short time at his birthplace. Soon at an early age, William’s family moved to Austin and settled there.
2.2. William Tackett's Interest in Soccer
William Tacketts was an energetic kid, and he indulged in physical activities. He got interested in soccer (football). Tacketts played soccer for a few years before starting his martial arts training.
2.3. William Tackett's Interest in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
William Tackett’s father was a huge fan of martial arts, and he spent a lot of time watching martial arts shows. His father's interest took the form of passion, and Tackett’s father joined the combat sports academy near his hometown.
Soon he enrolled his two sons, Andrew Tackett and William Tackett in the jiu-jitsu academy. They were training under the renowned instructor Ribeiro.
2.4. William Tackett's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Journey
William Tackett was a passionate BJJ practitioner; with his dream to compete on the podium, he sought a new place. Soon Tackett switched his BJJ academy and joined ‘’Brazilian Fight Factory’’.
Willaim was under the guidance of a well-renowned coach Rodrigo Cabral. Later on, the Tackett brothers also joined the team of BJJ, and they also turned out to be the perfect fit for the jiu-jitsu tournaments.
2.5. William Tackett's Rank Advancement
William Tackett was an ambitious and determined BJJ player. He appeared as the most dominant fighter and started to compete at a very early age. To flourish his aptitude he started to compete in the local tournaments.
When Tackett was a blue belt in jiu-jitsu, he began his fighting career; he had been part of the leading events, including the IBJJF Pan Championship, IBJJF World Championship, and ADCC West Coast Trials.
William Tackett won four gold medals in the color belt division and secured three silver medals. From blue to brown, he remained with the same BJJ instructor Rodrigo Cabral.

William Tackett appeared as a remarkable BJJ athlete before he was promoted to the black belt rank. He had been part of the pro grappling circuit and marked his name as a dignified fighter. He has squared off the top contenders of jiu-jitsu and won most of the fights with rear necked choke (RNC).
Soon, Rodrigo Cabral promoted William Tackett to the prestigious rank of black belt in 2021.
